Toupret Exterior Tough Multi-Filler 2kg for filling and skimming on exterior substrates. It can be used on new or renovated substrates, either unpainted or painted including gypsum plaster, old painted surfaces, cement, concrete, breeze blocks, bricks, stones, glass and glazed tiles. This exterior filler has a fibre-reinforced formula providing exceptional adhesion and strength. It can be overcoated in 24 hours with any standard water-based masonry paint or mineral paint.
