This 2400 x 1200 x 3.5mm ProplexRE Tough Grey Floor Protection Sheet is a heavy-duty temporary floor and surface protection board designed for demanding construction and renovation environments where additional durability is required. Manufactured from high-quality, twin-wall polypropylene, this heavy-duty floor protection sheet offers up to nine times greater impact resistance and up to seven times the crushing strength of the ProplexRE 2mm standard surface protection sheet, making it ideal for areas with higher foot traffic or light plant and equipment.
The large 2400mm x 1200mm sheet size provides quick coverage of wider areas for floors, doors, walls, windows and worktops. Despite the added strength, this surface protection board remains lightweight, waterproof and semi-flexible, allowing it to be cut quickly with a standard utility knife and fitted easily across a wide range of surfaces. The ProplexRE range is produced using a minimum of 60% post-consumer recycled polypropylene and is GreenCircle certified, delivering approximately 50% lower embodied carbon compared to new plastic sheets.
