How to apply Seal It Roof Seal Liquid Membrane
Seal It Roof Seal can be used to repair pitch roofs (with pitch less than 100), leaking flashing, guttering, downpipes and rooflights, cracked roofing panels, chimney stacks, corrugated and plate roofing materials, zinc, steel, fibre-cement, ventilation ducts and facades. It can be used on metal, wood, brick, stone, polyester, glass, lead, bitumen coatings (primer required), tile, plastics, polycarbonate and concrete.
1 litre of Seal It Liquid Membrane will cover approximately 1m² at 1mm thickness.

If the roof you're covering is bitumen based or covered in roofing felt, then primer is required to provide a key for the membrane. Seal It Bleed Blocker Roof Primer is designed to enhance the bond strength of the top coat. It is quick and easy to apply and prevents bitumen coatings from staining through the top coat.
Seal It Edging & Crack Sealant can be used to seal irregular gaps, minor tears and blisters. For sealing larger gaps, we recommend using Seal It Reinforcing Mat as a sandwich layer to fill holes. This sealant can also be used after application to secure edgings or seals around chimneys and air vents.
Use Seal It Reinforcing Mat as a sandwich layer to increase the strength of the final coating. This will provide more than 50% strength improvement when the product has cured. This reinforcing mat will also reinforce areas where splits may occur, where there are penetrations to the surface or where you may need to make a seam or a joint.
