How to Install Cure It ONE
Cure It ONE can be used on:
- OSB
- Felt
- Asphalt
- PIR Insulation
- GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic)
Step One: Preparation & Installing Edge Trims: Refer to the Cure It Guidelines for installation of the trims needed for roof edges and details. Prepare the bandage for trim joins, corners or where they meet decking. Measure, cut and prepare the Cure It Reinforcement Mat for the roof deck (making sure to overlap by 50mm on the feathered edge).
Step Two: Bandage Wet-Out, Coating Trims & Detail Work: Add Cure It ONE hardener packs (available in 6kg and 18kg pails) to the Cure It ONE tin and mix thoroughly. Using a 3" roller, apply Cure It ONE to the area where any trims/decking meet covering fixings, then apply the bandage and add more Cure It ONE. Coat the trims.
Step Three: Laminating & Finishing Touches
Using your Cure It ONE roller, apply Cure It ONE in one 1m² section at a time and cover with Reinforcement Mat. Apply more Cure It ONE on top of the mat, and repeat the process - a wash coat can be applied to complete the roof.
