Product Safety Notice - Bitumen Paint

At Selco, our customers' safety and wellbeing are our top priorities.

A potential safety issue has been identified with a Bond It Bitumen Paint product, in which our product web descriptions incorrectly stated this product is suitable for drinking water and for use on portable water tanks, which is not the case.

This product is not suitable for drinking water or portable water tanks.

The following items are affected:

• 405703500 - BITUBOND BITUMEN PAINT BLACK 2.5L
• 405703501 - BITUBOND BITUMEN PAINT BLACK 5L
• 405703502 - BITUBOND BITUMEN PAINT BLACK 25L

What you should do: If you have used this product on portable water tanks, stop using the affected water tank immediately and avoid drinking any water stored in it. Please inform your nearest Selco store or our customer services so we can offer you a solution.
