FAKRO skylights and roof windows are 99% recyclable, made from the highest quality materials. Crafted from slow-grown and ethically sourced redwood timber, their wooden roof windows have a close grain finish and no visible knots. They’re also coated in an eco-friendly lacquer, or there’s solid uPVC roof windows too. Specially designed for easy installation and functionality, FAKRO windows have a universal bracket fixing system with L-shaped brackets that can be fitted to either the battens or rafters depending on your customer’s preference. Plus, the windows have the handle at the bottom, meaning the window can be installed higher while still in reach of being opened.

As well as providing a high spread of natural daylight and reducing the need for home lights during the day, FAKRO roof lights have a V40P automatic air ventilation feature which provides the room with fresh air even when the window is closed. These roof windows have a weathertight seal and an efficient draining system that prevents water from getting into the timber or inside the home and provides exceptional thermal insulation. This coupled with glazing that has an incredibly low u-value makes these roof lights a great feature for boosting a home’s energy efficiency.

Choose between a FAKRO centre-pivot roof window, which opens on a pivot at the centre of the window and can be rotated 180°, or a FAKRO top-hung roof window, which can also be opened on a centre pivot but also via hinges at the top of the frame.

We stock various roof window sizes ranging from 550 x 780mm to 1140 x 1180mm, including the popular FAKRO roof window 780 x 980. You can choose from white or wood effect pine windows and uPVC windows, depending on your customer’s vision and the overall design of the room you’re working in. Roof window flashing is an important accessory to your windows, and we stock various FAKRO flashing kits that help ensure the window is securely integrated into the roof with a watertight, durable seal. You can choose between a slate flashing kit or a tile flashing kit depending on your roof material.
