Extremely hard-wearing and durable, MOT Type 1 Roadstone has fantastic load-bearing properties to provide a stable, compacted and flat surface before laying concrete, asphalt or block paving on top, and it can act as a weed-suppressant too. This bulk bag of MOT roadstone is perfect for large project quantities and commercial use.
This roadstone sub-base aggregate is sourced locally from regional quarries, so the size, colour and price of the aggregate will vary across different regions in the country. This bulk bag is only available in our Swansea branch.
