A crazy night of Cheesy 80’s rock!

November 9th, 2012
Alan Rose from Transport at Selco Head Office is a member of a five piece group called the Voyaires.  The bands covers everything from Bryan Adams to Guns ‘n’ Roses, and Oasis to Lynyrd Skynyrd! The group formed about a year ago to perform at Simon Ball’s first charity gig. All members of the group really appreciate the good work that Macmillan Cancer Support does and raise funds for the charity at each venue they perform at. On the 3rd November was like no other performance, they promised Spandex, big hair and a rockers attitude. It’s safe to say there was lots of it! It might have been cheesy, and it might have been a little loud, but they have done it again with another great night of classic rock. From Kiss to Queen, you name it they played it. £400 was raised all in support of Macmillan. Simon Ball and the Voyaires rocked out once again! And everyone had a great time. Keep a look out for news of more gigs to come… Well done Simon and Alan!
