October has proved to be a busy month at Selco with the relocation of two of its oldest branches both to new larger new premises.  Selco in Swansea moved to its new double the size premises on Monday 10th October the official opening the branch was performed by the Mayor of Swansea, Councillor Ioan Richard, Selco thanked the Mayor by supporting the Mayors chosen charity the Swansea Hospitals Medical Wards, presenting it with a cheque for £1,000.  Selco also donated £1,000 to The Wave FM’s Cash for Kids appeal.

After 20 years trading at the Minworth the branch has relocated to a new larger Tyburn store just around the corner at Chester Road, Erdington.  Local personality Tom Ross from local radio station BRMB opened the branch Monday 17th October.

Both new branches now offer Selco customers more choice, larger stockholding and kitchen and bathroom showrooms whilst continuing to offer a unique service for tradesmen and businesses for all their building material requirements including Selco’s own delivery service, a special item order service, bulk order direct deliveries and has van-sized parking spaces and a timber cutting service.
