As a growing business we are always on the lookout for people with the potential to excel in our business and that is why we have a specific programme dedicated to creating our Managers of tomorrow.

Every Management Trainee is given a specific training programme which over a period of two years enables them to experience all parts of our business. Focusing on their training needs all Management Trainees get to see and experience the creation of a Purchase Order to the creation of a brand new store.

 On this programme, success is our main aim with a view that all Successful Management Trainees are placed in senior management positions reaping the rewards after 2 years of serious hard work and training.
